Executorships

As well as providing a comprehensive will-writing service, we also provide executor services, giving you peace of mind that your assets will be distributed according to your wishes. As executor, it is our responsibility to bring together your estate to pay debts, settle any inheritance tax and distribute the assets in accordance to your will. This can be a complex and demanding task and we are experienced in helping beneficiaries at a very difficult time.
